Thank you for volunteering for the the 10th Annual Oktoberfest Findlay - a milestone year! This has become one of the largest single-day events in the region, with more than 6,500 people in attendance in 2023!

Oktoberfest will take place on South Main Street in Downtown Findlay from 2:00 - 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 28th. Please see the slots and shifts available below. As a volunteer, you will receive a free t-shirt and admission into the event!

Once you register to volunteer, a member of the Oktoberfest Planning Committee will be in touch with pick-up date/time(s) for your t-shirt and volunteer information.

By volunteering at Oktoberfest Findlay! you are helping the Hancock Historical Museum host its most vital fundraiser of the year. All proceeds of Oktoberfest go directly toward the museum's annual operations. The Hancock Historical Museum is a privately-funded nonprofit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of Hancock County through exhibits, educational programs and community events. We make sure the stories and treasures of our community are not lost or forgotten. Without the financial support of our community, the museum and everything we do would not be possible!
